Balikesir Shopping Center is located near Bahkesir-Bandirma main road and, has a strong connection with the residential district of the city. The building consists of three semi-open floors and a terrace floor.
Semi-open shopping floors are placed under a translucent covering which is carried by three huge canopies, providing environmental control. Around the plot, there is convenient pedestrian access, highlighted by the welcoming pattern of the entrances.
The terrace floor incorporates different functions such as restaurants, cafes, cinema and a game center. Also the PVB panels placed on the terrace help the sustainability of the building energy system.
