BOS RESIDENTIAL TOWER, AL KHAN

BOS Residential tower is a prestigious landmark located in the Al Khan Lagoon of Sharjah. It features an unusual organic form for the city. The main design criteria for the project includes the environmental effects of the design, in addition to the iconic impression it would have on the city’s skyline. Commercial and social areas are incorporated at the ground level. The building has 45 floors and comprises a total built up area of 51,250 sq.m. The organic form of the building resulted not only from the need of establishing a prominence in the city but also from the need of creating captivating city views for the residences. In total, there are 185 units comprising of luxurious 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, in addition to the convenient retail spaces on the ground floor.
