Ege Suits is an exciting residential project. The design was centered around the idea of creating a comfortable family space, while at the same time, being efficient about the use of land.
Acknowledging the fact that privacy is important for families, the balconies and the overall layout of the project was chosen, where this kind of folding of the building creates facades ideal for increased exposure to daylight and wide views at the desirable direction. At the same time, private gardens were created on the ground floor in order to accommodate this extra feature that is hugely desired by families. In addition, a perfectly tailored landscape plan was implemented within the site in order to accommodate a variety of activities, such as sports, etc., that are typically preferred by the local families.
