lncity is located on the Asian side of Istanbul in the Kozyatagi district. All indoor and outdoor spaces are fictionalized with plain and contemporary touches. The architectural patterns and allocations of the blocks are designed so as to create the impression of a Japanese garden. Formal planting, lighting design and trees, all are combined to offer a variety of color, light and patterns on the landscape. One of the most important things about the architectural design of lncity is that the blocks do not interrupt each other’s views. We performed extensive concept analysis in order to plot the ideal position for the buildings so that they get maximum exposure to daylight.
