Located on West Beach, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, this is a one-of-a-kind sustainable beachfront residence project with a unique architecture and complex engineering. The project comprises of 11-floors with 9 units, one exclusive unit per floor, and 1 duplex penthouse, ranging from 9,000 to 18,300 square feet in size. Each unit features an expansive double-height living space, a floating terrace with a large swimming pool, a private gym, cinema, and unique private parking pods in the basement with dedicated elevators. Designed by world renowned architecture firm Foster + Partners, the design offers a unique blend of an ultra-luxury lifestyle, comfort and exclusivity. ATI has been commissioned as the Project Manager & AoR on this project and is responsible for managing the entire project across all stages (Pre & Post Contract).
