The project Skyland Towers is located in the city of Istanbul. The building complex, with its three towers, is a multi-story, mixed use project.
Two towers reach a height of 293.1m each – one of these towers is for residential use, the other for office spaces. The third tower is 179.1m high and will be used as a hotel. The aim is to create a highly efficient façade with the minimum impact on natural resources whilst offering maximum comfort to the users.
Regional products and the availability of resources have been considered to help keep expenses at a minimum. Once completed, the Skyland Towers will be one of the tallest skyscrapers in Turkey.
