TAEGUTEC OFFICE BUILDING

Taegutec is located at the Kocaeli Organized Industrial Zone and is composed of a factory and office buildings. The office building is located near the factory building, which contains a main entrance, an event hall, a staff cafeteria and a conference room on the ground floor and offices on the first floor.
The factory and office buildings are connected through the bridges. The building consists of three volumes, reflecting the different uses of the space.
The first one contains a conference room on the ground floor, the second one has offices on the first floor and the third one is the factory building. The main entrance is beside the concrete, sculpture-like, long, cantilevered conference block, which seems to be hovering over the eye-catching reflection pool.
In the center, the office building embraces a gallery covered with a skylight. This space may function as an exhibition area. At the same time, the gallery functions as a courtyard for the open office area.
