The Tunis Sports City is in Tunis, Tunisia. The city includes several residential buildings and sport facilities. The focus of the area is the Lac de Tunis, which has witnessed an increasing number of multinational companies setting up offices here. The site is bordered by two streets, the main, Rue de Lac, on the one side, and the highway connecting Tunis with its suburbs, on the other. The first part of the project is the residential one, named ‘Cedar’. It is a housing district made up of 11 high-rise residential blocks, approximately 50 standard villas and grand villas.
The project also includes 13 blocks of townhouses, called ‘the village’. The Tunis Sports City, which will cover an area of 257 hectares, will encompass several places for leisure and various sports facilities such as tennis courts, golf courses and swimming pools.
