TURKEY VISA APPLICATION CENTER

DUBAI, DUBAI, UAE

2021

We are excited to have completed the new Turkey Visa Application Center in Wafi Mall.
Inspired from the serene turquoise seas, golden beaches, traditional arts & cultural trades, the project was designed to reflect a refreshing, different, experience for applicants. Modernized patterns of traditional motifs decorate the entire project. The entrance corridor designed as a museum, acts as a gateway displaying the actual representation of how these patterns were derived, coupled with pictures from various regions of the country.
Authentic artifacts from these traditional arts such as the Turkish marbling art called ‘ebru’, porcelain art, mosaic art and traditional rug weaving called ‘kilim’ has been displayed.

The Project also consists of multiple elegantly designed lounges: A general waiting lounge integrated with high tables and charging stations, a passport collection lounge which also caters for the overflow of the general lounge and an acoustically treated premium lounge with a dedicated beverage serving counter and charging stations on each armchair. The premium lounge also houses a unique Turkish handmade double-knotted rug by famous rug production house Cinar Rugs. In addition, we positioned a welcome desk at the front, a travel corner near the waiting lounges where Turkish airlines is located to directly serve applicants, biometric booths, a photocopy booth, multiple processing counters and workstations for the back of house team to serve as an all-in-one solution and experience for applicants. All artifacts were supplied by respective Turkish artists and the furniture by renowned Turkish firm B&T furniture.
